My background is in the Insurance, Legal and Consultancy sectors, where as a Director I led large teams of people and operated for many years on senior leadership Boards. The most enjoyable elements of my career were developing my people and this made the move to become a professional coach an obvious and exciting decision. I find this allows me to bring out the mentor side of my skill set, such that I can not only coach people, but also help guide them to successful outcomes by calling on my industry leadership and change experience.
My sessions are interactive, focused on root causes, solutions and action plans. I am a pragmatic person so expect me to push you forward in each of our sessions. Qualifications
I am qualified to career coach up to Executive level having trained at the British School of Coaching and gained the ILMs (Institute of Leadership & Management) highest accreditation (Level 7).
